Slow Flow on Sundays
from 8-9am EST
at Blue Banyan Yoga in Mt Airy

This hour-long slow flow allows exploration of breath, movement and yogic philosophy to support you in body & mind. Choices are offered throughout, as well as opportunities to build awareness of your nervous system through the pranayama & asana. I believe in holding space for the various experiences that can bridge your practice on the mat into the rest of your day. Class is offered in-person or online (you receive a link upon registration).
